About the Role :-
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for Client Meetings, architectural design, preparation of drawings, coordination with consultants, and site execution for healthcare and hospital projects.
Key Responsibilities:-
Prepare concept plans, layouts, elevations, sections and detailed architectural drawings. Develop working drawings and GFC drawings as per project requirements.
Assist in planning and designing hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres and healthcare facilities.
Coordinate with MEP, structural, interior and other consultants.
Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per approved drawings and design intent.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for smooth project execution.
Review drawings, materials and site work for quality and accuracy.




Understand and implement applicable NABH, NBC and healthcare planning requirements.
Identify design/site issues and provide practical solutions.
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of drawings.
Participate in client meetings, design discussions and project coordination.

Required Qualifications & Skills:-
B.Arch. from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architecture.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory.
Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of architectural detailing, construction drawings and site execution. Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
