Role Description
We are looking for a Customer Support who will act as a bridge between our clients, operations team, and technical team. The role involves providing technical support, testing current software features before release, identifying and reporting bugs, coordinating with developers for issue resolution, and assisting clients in using KiarX products effectively. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients through calls, emails, and remote sessions.
- Understand client issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolutions.
- Test new website and mobile application features before deployment.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs with proper reproduction steps.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and feature improvements.
- Verify resolved issues before closing support tickets.
- Assist in software implementation and client onboarding.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user guidance sessions whenever required.
- Maintain issue logs, testing reports, and client support documentation.
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to resolve field-related software issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-ups.
