Lyzoo Technologies is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Field Executive for Google My Business (GMB) Verification and Data Collection. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for verifying and updating business information on Google My Business listings and collecting relevant data in the Pallikaranai area of Chennai. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting on-site visits to local businesses in the Pallikaranai area to verify and update their Google My Business listings.

2. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of business information such as contact details, operating hours, photos, and other relevant details on GMB listings.

3. Building and maintaining positive relationships with local businesses and effectively communicating the benefits of having an accurate and up-to-date GMB listing.

4. Collecting additional data related to business operations, services offered, and customer feedback as required by Lyzoo Technologies.

5. Documenting and reporting findings accurately and promptly to the assigned supervisor or manager.

6.



Adhering to established processes and guidelines for GMB verification and data collection.

7. Collaborating with the team to meet targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements:

1. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

2. Previous experience in fieldwork, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

3. Familiarity with using smartphones and digital tools for data collection.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

6. Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable mode of transportation.

7. Ability to navigate and familiarize oneself with different neighborhoods and business districts in Pallikaranai, Chennai.
