Job Description

1. Manage assets, materials and contracts for the core maintenance point,

2. Monitor performance of fiber network against defined SLAs,

3. Support O&M; of infra and access electronics against defined SLAs,

4. Provide details of fiber spans for inter, intra and access network,

5. Coordinate with network operations center for issue resolution,

6. Collaborate with O&M; /ISP core team for critical issue resolution,

7. Ensure sufficient material in CMP warehouse for fiber operation,

8. Drive and monitor the KPI achievements,

9. Ensure implementation of quality, health, safety, setting and,fire policies,

10. Maintain quality of fiber network and insure quality of work during,fault restoration

Skills and Competencies

1.



Knowledge in installation of optical equipment,

2. Knowledge of OFC trouble shooting,

3. Knowledge of quality, health, safety, environment and fire policies,

4. Knowledge of fiber splicing,

5. Collaboration skills,

6. Problem solving skills,

7. Technical orientation

Education Required

BE in ENTC/ Mechanical/ Electrical

Experience Required

5 - 10 years

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
