Role & responsibilities

1. Promote and detail the companys pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

2. Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and key customers.

3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.

4. Conduct regular doctor and customer visits as per the planned daily call schedule.

5. Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness and business in the assigned territory.

6. Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and stockists.

7. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

8. Maintain accurate daily call reports, sales reports, and tour plans.

9. Participate in doctor meetings, promotional activities, and other company initiatives.

10. Work towards increasing the company’s market presence and achieving assigned business objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

2.



Candidates with experience in Orthopaedic and ENT segments will be preferred.

3. Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc. or related qualification preferred.

4. Good communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

5. Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.

6. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

7. Candidates with good knowledge of the local market and doctor network will be preferred.

8. Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
