Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and others, to shortlisting and coordinating interviews.
- Conduct initial screening and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, orientation sessions, and documentation for new hires.
- Support in building a strong candidate pipeline for both internship and full-time roles.

Employee Experience & Engagement
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through regular engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution with empathy and professionalism.
- Support performance management cycles, feedback sessions, and recognition programs.
- Plan and organize team-building activities and internal communication initiatives.

3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain and update employee databases, records, and HR dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
- Assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Support the implementation of HR systems and process automation tools.

4. Learning & Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and skill development opportunities.
- Coordinate with trainers and managers for workshops and mentorship programs.
