Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing jewellery vendors and manufacturers.
- Regularly follow up with vendors regarding product development, production status, order timelines, delivery, and pending requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for Gold, Diamond, Polki, and other jewellery products.
- Negotiate effectively with vendors on making charges, handling charges, production costs, and other commercial terms.
- Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining the required quality and product specifications.
- Follow up closely on pending orders and ensure timely delivery of jewellery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand product requirements and communicate the same accurately to vendors.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors and ensure that commitments and timelines are adhered to.
- Identify opportunities to improve vendor pricing, turnaround time, and overall commercial terms.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and discrepancies related to product quality, pricing, delivery, or specifications.




- Maintain proper records of vendor discussions, quotations, orders, pending products, and negotiated commercial terms.
- Develop a strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing, product costing, making charges, and vendor pricing.
- Build strong vendor relationships while ensuring that negotiations remain commercially beneficial to the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry, preferably in vendor management, procurement, buying, sourcing, or jewellery merchandising.
- Solid hands-on experience in vendor follow-up and vendor relationship management.
- Proven experience in negotiating making charges, handling charges, and other vendor costs.
- Good understanding of Gold, Diamond, and Polki jewellery.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and orders simul
