Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from RCC through finishing and final handover.
- Manage RCC works, including conventional and aluminium formwork systems.
- Oversee finishing works, including internal/external finishes, facade and associated works.
- Drive infrastructure development, external works and softscape activities.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP, QA/QC, planning and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and productivity to ensure timely completion.
- Lead OC preparedness, snagging, rectification, possession and project handover activities.
