About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Project/Program Manager to lead and govern supply chain planning technology implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate, organize, and coordinate inter-connected projects across departments and geographies
- Lead end-to-end program/project management planning, resource management, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication
- Define project objectives, scope, assumptions, risks, and mitigation plans
- Develop detailed project plans with tasks, timelines, resources, and status tracking
- Act as the liaison between senior business stakeholders and technology teams
- Own project delivery on-time and in-scope, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction
- Drive periodic status reporting and maintain reusable documentation/lessons learned
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-12 years of experience with a strong educational background from a reputed engineering/management institute
- Hands-on experience with large-scale ERP or SaaS-based IT product implementations
- Prior exposure to supply chain planning tools O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP/APO, JDA, Manugistics, or Oracle SCM
- Experience working in Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid project environments
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with global/cross-functional teams
- FMCG/IT program exposure is an added advantage
- Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe
Good to Have
- Working knowledge of analytical tools like R
- Planning practitioner's mindset with a strong customer-value focus
