Role: SAP FICO Project Manager
Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Project Manager with a solid SAP Finance background and proven experience managing SAP/technical projects. The ideal candidate would have started their career as an SAP FICO Consultant and subsequently moved into a Technical Project Manager / Project Manager role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FICO projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

Leverage strong SAP FICO functional knowledge to understand business and technical requirements.

Coordinate with SAP functional, technical, integration, and business teams.

Manage S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, migration, or integration projects.

Oversee requirements, solution discussions, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Track project status, issues, risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.





Coordinate with vendors, offshore/onshore teams, and senior management.

Ensure effective FI/CO integration with other SAP modules.

Support project governance, documentation, UAT, cutover, and change management.

Must Have

8-10 years of overall SAP/project experience.

Strong background in SAP FICO/FI.

Prior experience as an SAP FICO Consultant is highly preferred.

Proven experience as Technical Project Manager / SAP Project Manager.

Strong understanding of SAP implementation and integration projects.

Excellent stakeholder, communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred: S/4HANA, SAP migration/upgrade projects, SAP integration, and experience managing large enterprise SAP programs.
