Key Responsibilities
- Independently analyze requirements, identify solutions and take ownership from requirement to delivery.
- Communicate directly with US based clients, understand their requirements/issues and explain technical solutions clearly.
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP/Laravel.
- Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and identify root causes.
- Design and develop REST APIs, database solutions and third-party integrations.
- Provide technical estimates, identify risks and communicate progress and dependencies.
- Lead and mentor a small development team when required.
- Work closely with QA and other technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Stay familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Kiro, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc., and use them effectively in software development.

Mandatory Skills
- 12-15 years of software development experience
- Strong client communication and requirement-understanding skills




- Robust PHP / Laravel experience
- REST APIs and web application development
- Git / Bitbucket / GitHub
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of software design and development practices
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership
- Experience mentoring or guiding developers
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development

Preferred Skills
- Application performance optimization
- Cloud-based applications
- Redis, queues and background jobs
- Third-party API and payment integrations
- Automated testing
