Business Development Manager (BDM) – US IT Staffing

Experience: 3–5 years

We are looking for a self-motivated, target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in the US IT staffing and recruitment market, particularly in C2C and W2 hiring.

Key Responsibilities & Priorities
- Build and maintain strong vendor connections and client relationships within the US staffing industry.
- Demonstrate a proven placement track record, with successful placements made within the last 6–12 months.
- Identify and source active job requirements and openings in the current US C2C market.
- Establish strong relationships with implementation partners, prime vendors, and staffing vendors.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors during US business hours to identify requirements and facilitate faster candidate submissions and placements.
- Ensure daily access to active job requirements and market opportunities.
- Work closely with recruiters and vendors to qualify requirements, submit suitable candidates, and drive positions to closure quickly.




- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network to support consistent placement opportunities.
- Have hands-on experience working with C2C and W2 requirements.
- Focus on placing candidates with various US work authorizations, including STEM OPT, H-1B, Green Card, and US Citizens.
- Track market trends, client requirements, and vendor activity to identify new business and placement opportunities.
- Consistently achieve placement and revenue targets through proactive business development and relationship management.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in US IT staffing/business development.
- Solid existing vendor and prime-vendor relationships.
- Proven recent placement history, preferably within the last 6–12 months.
- Strong understanding of the US C2C and W2 staffing market.
- Excellent vendor communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working according to US business hours.
