Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales operations from Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing regional sales performance, expanding market presence, and leading a high-performing sales team in the solar energy sector.

The candidate should have strong expertise in regional sales management, dealer/distributor network expansion, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets through effective sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead sales operations across the assigned region with a focus on market expansion and profitability.
- Manage, guide, and motivate sales teams, area managers, and sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.




- Build and strengthen dealer, distributor, channel partner, and customer networks across the region.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential growth areas within the solar industry.
- Plan and execute effective sales campaigns and market penetration strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strong planning and ground-level execution.
- Develop robust relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, technical, and management teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
