Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls/emails.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Promote and sell Accounting Software & Apps through calls.
- Qualify leads and schedule online product demonstrations with decision-makers.
- Handle deal closure, invoicing and payment collection.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of Tally is required.
- Prior experience in Telecalling, Telesales or BPO/Outbound Calling preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
