The role

We’re looking for an
Associate Creative Director (Meller) based in India
to become the creative bridge between MELLER’s global team and the Indian market.

Following MELLER’s integration into Lenskart, India is becoming an increasingly key market for the brand. We want to build a strong local presence while keeping MELLER’s identity, creative standards and cultural relevance consistent globally.

This role is about understanding
what makes MELLER, MELLER
— and knowing how to translate that into the Indian cultural landscape.

You’ll work closely with MELLER’s global creative team, adapting global campaigns for India while also developing local ideas, campaigns and cultural moments that feel genuinely relevant to the market.

What you'll do

1. Bring global MELLER campaigns to India
- Coordinate MELLER’s global campaign launches in the Indian market.
- Adapt global creative assets across social media, digital channels, retail and other local touchpoints.
- Ensure every adaptation respects the original campaign concept, art direction and brand identity.




- Work closely with the global MELLER creative team to maintain consistency across markets.
- Coordinate local teams, agencies and production partners when necessary.

2. Create MELLER campaigns for India
- Develop
India-specific campaigns and creative concepts
that feel culturally relevant while remaining unmistakably MELLER.
- Lead concepts from idea to execution, including art direction, casting, locations, styling, photography and video.
- Identify local cultural insights, emerging scenes and creative opportunities that can inspire the brand.
- Present concepts to the global creative team and develop them collaboratively.
- Build a local visual language without creating a separate version of the brand.

3. Make MELLER culturally relevant
- Build relationships with relevant
creatives, artists, musicians, designers, stylists, photographers, influencers and cultural figures
in India.
