Pashupati Capital Services (PCS) is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead the next phase of growth across our newly launched verticals — including our retail/HNI trading platform, share pledge services, and GIFT City operations. With these offerings now live, the role will focus on strategic business planning, go-to-market execution, and partnership development to scale adoption and revenue.

Principal Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for AIF, PMS, and hedge funds (AIF CAT-III) across B2B and B2C channels.
- Identify and onboard distributors while expanding the client base among institutional investors, HNWIs, and family offices.
- Stay current with market trends, ensuring clients remain informed and strategies stay competitive.
- Build relationships with investors, partners, and financial institutions to drive sustainable growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine business development approaches and align with operational capabilities.




- Create and publish social media posts and drive relevant traffic to services offered by the company.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4+ years in business development, marketing, or sales, with 3+ years in leadership within hedge funds, private equity, or financial services
- Strong understanding of financial markets, hedge funds, and broker-dealer operations
- Proven success in closing deals and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- High integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards

Other Details
- Holidays will be provided as per the NSE/BSE holiday calendar
- Hours of work: Monday to Saturday - 10:30 AM to 07:30 PM. Saturday – 5-6 Hours
- Salary varies by depth of experience/skills and last drawn CTC

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
