We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive who can act as the bridge between clients and our creative team.
You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, managing projects, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns from brief to delivery.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in advertising agency / digital agency / client servicing role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and fast-paced work environment
- Good understanding of branding, campaigns, and marketing communication
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal briefs for the creative team
- Coordinate with design, content, and production teams to ensure timely delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and track deadlines
- Present ideas, updates,
and deliverables to clients confidently
- Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor campaign execution and ensure quality standards
