Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers for collection of outstanding loan dues.
- Follow up with customers through calls and field visits.
- Achieve monthly collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure timely payment recovery and reduce overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with the branch team and reporting manager regarding collection status.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve payment-related issues.
- Submit daily/weekly collection reports as required.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in field collections, debt recovery, or loan collections.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
- Ability to work with collection targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹9,580.95 - ₹20,000.20 per month
