Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Greet and engage customers to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experiences.
Job Qualifications:-
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
