Key Responsibilities1. Container Movement
- Coordinate movement of loaded and empty containers.
- Arrange vehicles for container pickup and delivery.
- Coordinate container placement as per customer requirements.
- Monitor container movement from pickup to final delivery.
- Ensure timely return of empty containers.
- Maintain container movement records.
- Coordinate with ICDs, CFS, warehouses, ports, and customers.
- Follow up on container delays, detention, demurrage, and other issues.

2. Vehicle & Fleet Management
- Coordinate company-owned and attached vehicles.
- Maintain vehicle availability and deployment schedules.
- Allocate suitable vehicles for container movements.
- Monitor vehicle movement and trip status.
- Maintain vehicle-wise records.
- Check vehicle documents such as RC, insurance, fitness, permit, PUC, etc.
- Ensure vehicles are available and fit for transportation requirements.

3. Vehicle Maintenance
- Monitor scheduled servicing and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain vehicle service and repair records.
- Coordinate with workshops and mechanics.




- Follow up on vehicle breakdowns and repairs.
- Monitor tyres, batteries, brakes, lights, engine condition, and other significant components.
- Track maintenance expenses.
- Minimize vehicle downtime.
- Ensure vehicles are properly maintained before deployment.

4. Driver Coordination
- Coordinate with drivers regarding daily assignments.
- Allocate trips and provide necessary instructions.
- Track driver availability and attendance.
- Monitor driver movement and delivery status.
- Follow up on delays, breakdowns, accidents, and route issues.
- Maintain driver records and required documents.
- Ensure drivers follow company safety and transportation guidelines.

5. Customer & Transporter Coordination
- Coordinate with customers regarding container pickup and delivery.
- Communicate with transporters and attached vehicle owners.
- Follow up on vehicle placement and delivery schedules.
- Handle routine custo
