About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager – Sales & Operations to lead business growth, sales performance, and clinic operations across North India.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in the aesthetic, hair transplant, dermatology, cosmetology, skin & hair clinic, or related healthcare industry, with proven expertise in managing multiple locations and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales and operations across multiple clinics in North India.
Drive regional revenue, consultation, conversion, and collection targets.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Monitor clinic-wise sales performance, KPIs, lead conversion, walk-ins, consultations and revenue.




Manage and motivate Branch Managers, Sales/FOE teams and clinic staff.
Conduct regular branch visits and ensure operational excellence.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, grooming standards, customer service and operational processes.
Work closely with Marketing/Digital teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Analyse MIS, sales reports and branch performance and submit regular reports to management.
Support current clinic launches, manpower planning and business expansion.
Ensure customer experience and service quality are maintained across all locations.
Handle escalations, team discipline and operational issues effectively.
Drive cross-selling and upselling of aesthetic, hair and skin treatments.

Candidate Profile
6–10+ years of experience in sales and operations, preferably in the aesthetic/healthcare industry.
