Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS, applications, drivers and hardware.
Diagnose and resolve printer issues including network, driver, paper-feed and printing problems.
Perform hardware replacement, preventive maintenance and basic network troubleshooting.
Support users through onsite and remote assistance.
Maintain IT asset records, service reports and incident/ticket updates.
Coordinate with vendors/service providers for warranty and hardware-related issues.
Provide general IT/Desktop Support whenever required.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware and peripherals.
Hands-on experience with desktop, laptop and printer troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi and network printers.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.

Qualification: Diploma/B.Sc. IT/BCA/ITI in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.

Pay: ₹9,492.88 - ₹15,000.00 per month
