Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve day-to-day business operations and processes*.

* Analyze sales, operational, and business reports to identify gaps and opportunities.

Conduct R&D;* to improve business performance and efficiency.

Use AI tools* for reporting, automation, research, and process improvement.

Implement and monitor SOPs* across teams.

Evaluate and implement offers, strategies, and current business initiatives*.

* Track business performance and provide actionable insights to management.

Identify ways to improve revenue, efficiency, and customer experience*.

* Ensure proper execution and follow-up of management decisions.

Ideal Candidate

* Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented.

* Positive knowledge of AI tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.

* Solid business understanding and execution skills.

* Experience in operations, business development, or management preferred.
