HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

3–5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with exposure to IT or Ed-Tech hiring.

We are looking for a agile HR Executive – Talent Acquisition who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, recruitment operations, employee onboarding, and HR coordination while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have experience in Technical Recruitment, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition,



and Employee Onboarding. You will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, maintaining recruitment metrics, coordinating with hiring managers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and supporting HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Source, screen, interview, shortlist, and coordinate candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, offer acceptance, and onboarding.
Handle salary negotiations, offer rollouts and successful offer closures.

· Assist in employee grievance handling and HR policy implementation.

· Experience in IT Recruitment, Technical Hiring, HR Operations, or EdTech Recruitment will be preferred.
