About the Role
We are looking for a subject-expert faculty member to teach and mentor students preparing for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced) and/or NEET. The ideal candidate combines solid subject mastery with the ability to simplify complex concepts, design problem-solving strategies, and keep students motivated through a rigorous, competitive exam cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom/online lectures for JEE/NEET aspirants (Class 11, 12, and droppers/repeaters)
Design and update lesson plans, notes, and study material aligned with the latest JEE/NEET syllabus and exam pattern
Prepare and evaluate topic-wise tests, mock exams, and All India Test Series (AITS)
Analyze student performance data and provide targeted remedial classes for weak areas
Solve student doubts in class,
during doubt-clearing sessions, and via digital platforms
Track individual student progress and communicate with parents on performance and areas of improvement
Stay updated with changes in exam pattern, cut-offs, and competitor teaching methodologies
Mentor and motivate students to manage exam stress and maintain consistent study habits
Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum planning, faculty meetings, and result analysis
Required Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E./M.Sc./Ph.D. from a recognized institute (IIT/NIT preferred for Physics/Math faculty; MBBS/M.Sc. preferred for Biology/Chemistry-NEET faculty)
Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching (freshers with robust subject command and a JEE/NEET rank may also be considered)
Proven track record of student results in competitive exams is a solid plus
