Handle customer queries through the assigned communication channel.

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.

Maintain skilled and courteous communication.

Follow company processes, quality standards, and performance requirements.

Record and update customer information when required.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

Meet assigned customer service and performance targets.

Freshers and experienced candidates may be considered, depending on the requirement and interview performance.

Pay: ₹20,525.81 - ₹34,543.24 per month
