Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor finishing works as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams.
Supervise civil finishing, flooring, plaster, painting, waterproofing, doors/windows and related works.
Ensure work is completed as per approved timelines and quality requirements.
Conduct inspections and resolve site-level quality and execution issues.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Ensure safety standards and proper coordination at site.

Candidate Profile
B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
4–8 years of experience in finishing works, preferably in residential/high-rise projects.
Solid knowledge of construction finishing materials, methods and quality standards.
Valuable coordination, supervision and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
