Role Summary

This role provides advanced level technical support for complex projects. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves hardware or software issues that span multiple technology domains, as elevated from the team. Develops technical standards and documentation, enforces security best practices, supports disaster recovery and collaborates with teams to align cloud solutions with business needs.
Responsibilities
Learns and understands client area business functions and requirements. Determines the appropriate technical tool to address the clients business needs.
Trains and mentors more junior staff on processes and releases. Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues elevated from staff. Provides guidance and consultation as required. Updates, writes, and maintains documentation for the department.
Test, deploy, and maintain AI systems under the guidance of senior team members, ensuring stability and performance in production settings.
Support the implementation of AI solutions that integrate with existing business systems,



contributing to improved functionality and user interaction.
Monitor and manage data flows and infrastructure components to support effective AI deployment and day-to-day operations.
Coordinate closely with vendors, Lines of Business, and project teams to investigate issues, track resolution progress, and ensure timely outcomes for clients.
Stay current with AI trends and proactively flag opportunities to improve existing systems, workflows, and support processes.
Execute rigorous validation and testing of AI platforms, documenting results to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure management, or cloud operations.
Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT) or equivalent experience.
Ability to build Bots, validate, test and deploy AI models, and experience in conversational AI tools/platfo
