Key Responsibilities
Structural Execution & Monitoring: Oversee core wall casting, column verticality, slab cycles, and transfer girders as per Positive For Construction (GFC) drawings. [1, 2]
Formwork Management: Handle advanced systems like Aluminium (Mivan) formwork or Jump/Tunnel form systems typical for high-rise speed schedules. [1, 2]
Quality Control (QC): Check cube test reports, concrete slump, reinforcement placement, and lapping lengths matching structural specifications. [1]
Drawing & RFI Review: Verify structural details, resolve discrepancies via Request for Information (RFIs) with design consultants, and monitor lateral load/settlement guidelines. [1, 2]
Progress & Resource Tracking: Update schedules using MS Project/Primavera, managing daily deployment of labor, tower cranes, and concrete pumps. [1]
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience:5 to 8 years specifically in high-rise residential or commercial tower construction.
Technical Skills: Proficient in reading complex RCC/structural drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and basic structural analysis concepts
