Responsibilities:
Review and analyze system specifications.
Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
Positive understanding on salesforce platform (Sales & Service Clouds)
Understanding on Salesforce objects
Backend knowledge on salesforce object manager, metadata, dev console
Salesforce database SOQL knowledge
API testing (Postman or Workbench)
Basic understanding on Salesforce workflows,
Flows & Process builders
Time based flows and SF Automation Processes
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field.
Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
Robust knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
Solid experience with Salesforce QA or relevant technologies.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Work Timings: EST Time zone Shift.
