Product Presentation

Explain product specifications such as gold purity, weight, diamonds/gemstones, making charges, etc.
Demonstrate products confidently and professionally.
Sales & Target Achievement
Generate sales through effective product pitching and upselling.
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Convert walk-in customers into buyers.
Suggest additional products or complementary jewellery.
Price & Billing Explanation
Clearly explain jewellery pricing, making charges, wastage, taxes, discounts, and exchange values as applicable.
Coordinate with the billing team for accurate invoicing.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain positive relationships with existing and current customers.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and future purchases.




Encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
Counter & Inventory Management
Maintain proper display of jewellery at the counter.
Handle jewellery carefully and follow showroom security procedures.
Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and movement.
Ensure products are properly returned and accounted for after customer viewing.
Visual Merchandising
Keep the counter clean and attractive.
Ensure jewellery is properly arranged according to showroom guidelines.
Highlight recent arrivals, offers, and premium collections.
Customer Service
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Provide a smooth and memorable buying experience.
Assist customers with exchanges, repairs, resizing, and other after-sales requirements by coordinating with the relevant departments.
Reporting
Maintain records of customer enquiries and sales.
