Direct Responsibilities
Start up Support for recent business partner through software installation, processes & product understanding on risk, operations & compliance.
Implementation of Current Process, product implementation through visits & continuous in person training.
Preparing Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports and Prepare Daily Management MIS.
Handling Business partner Queries Related to Trading, Mutual fund, IPO, DP, Risk, Account opening, settlement, accounts & Compliance.
To verify, check and escalate in case of any wrong doing is noted by internal / external participants who may cause harm to the companys interest.
Audit processes to ensure best processes are installed at each unit. Conduct Regular Audits for local partners.
Manage and ensure high levels of client serving through support to business team by knowledge sharing / providing training to sub-brokers and employees for smooth operations of day to day activities.
