Role Summary
Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, leading the shift team, and delivering the Starbucks Experience to every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and delegate tasks to partners during assigned shifts.
Ensure smooth store opening/closing and daily operations.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer needs effectively.
Maintain beverage, food, hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Follow Tata Starbucks operating, cash management, safety, and security procedures.
Coach, train, and provide constructive feedback to partners.
Maintain a positive, cooperative, and high-performing team setting.
Monitor store cleanliness and ensure operational standards are maintained.
Stay calm and effective during busy periods and unexpected situations.
Maintain punctuality, grooming standards, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Experience Required
1 year of customer service experience in retail/restaurant/hospitality.
6 months experience interacting directly with customers.
6 months experience in task delegation or coordinating a team of 2+ employees.
