Key Responsibilities
Own the complete product lifecycle from product discovery and requirement gathering to launch and enhancement.
Develop product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with business objectives.
Gather requirements from customers, merchants, agents, business teams and internal stakeholders.
Prepare detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with technology teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Prioritize features and maintain a well-defined product backlog.
Coordinate with technology teams on APIs, integrations, dashboards, mobile/web applications and payment platforms.
Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics and customer feedback.
Identify product gaps and implement improvements to increase adoption, transaction volume, revenue and customer satisfaction.




Coordinate with banking partners, payment networks, third-party service providers and other external stakeholders when required.
Ensure products comply with applicable RBI, NPCI, KYC, AML, data-security and other regulatory requirements.
Work closely with the compliance team during product development and changes.
Prepare product documentation, training materials and release notes for internal teams.
Analyse transaction data and operational metrics to identify issues and improvement prospects.
Act as the primary point of coordination between business and technology teams.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
