About the Role-

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead business development and sales across Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and HNI/UHNI clients, with a proven track record in selling premium/luxury products.

Key Responsibilities-
Drive sales and business development across the Gujarat region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and premium clients.
Identify and develop recent business prospects and project leads.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Generate project specifications and ensure brand/product consideration at the design stage.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations with architects, designers,



developers, and clients.
Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and upcoming projects.
Coordinate with internal teams including design, estimation, operations, and project execution to ensure smooth project closure.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Represent the brand at relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Candidate Profile-
8–15 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, preferably in luxury interiors, architectural products, doors & windows, building materials, or premium home solutions.
Robust network among architects, interior designers, developers, and HNI/UHNI clientele in Gujarat.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
