Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Source, assess, and engage qualified candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Manage offer negotiations and support hiring managers throughout the decision-making process.
Analyze recruiting metrics and provide market insights to stakeholders.
Build relationships with external recruitment partners when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of recruitment experience, gained from a combination of recruitment agency and in-house talent acquisition environments.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including qualified, technical, and leadership roles.
Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment technologies.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting high-volume and critical hiring projects.
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or multinational corporate environments.
Regional or cross-functional recruiting experience is an advantage.
