Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital / Performance Marketer with 3+ years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with paid advertising, lead generation, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
Drive qualified leads, conversions, and revenue while maintaining target ROI/ROAS and CPA.
Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and marketing data to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies, including remarketing, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
Monitor budgets, campaign metrics,



and performance reports to ensure productive ad spend.
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing.
Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
Proven understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion funnels.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, remarketing, and A/B testing.
Excellent communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
