Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Processing: Handle and process client transactions, including payments, transfers, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to back-office operations.
Data Management: Maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) procedures.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing controls and procedures to prevent errors and fraud.
Continuous Improvement:



Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows and client satisfaction.

We are looking for candidates with 1+ year of experience in Banking Backend Operations for an exciting opportunity in Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
Experience in Banking Backend Processes/Operations is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.
Must be flexible to work night shifts.
Comfortable working with rotational week-offs.

Take-home Salary: Approximately 23,000 per month
