Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with solid hands-on recruitment expertise to manage end-to-end hiring across technical, non-technical, and project-based positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, and other channels.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure timely closures.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment MIS, TAT, hiring status, and candidate database.
Ensure a skilled and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.





Candidate Profile
2–6 years of hardcore recruitment experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, candidate-handling, and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates with hands-on recruitment experience in Manufacturing, EPC, and Project-based organizations will be preferred.
Candidates with recruitment experience exclusively in IT, BPO, or Tele-calling will not be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
