Job Summary

We are hiring a smart, confident, and proactive Relationship Manager based in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining robust relationships with Government and Private Sector clients, conducting regular client visits, handling customer queries, following up on outstanding payments, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a professional personality, and willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities
Meet Government and Private Sector clients and build strong professional relationships.
Conduct regular client visits across assigned locations in West Bengal.
Share company brochures, product information, and service offerings with clients.
Understand client requirements, queries, and concerns and provide appropriate support.




Follow up professionally with clients for timely recovery of outstanding payments and dues.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of client issues.
Maintain accurate records and reports of client visits, payment follow-ups, and service feedback.
Monitor client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
Support client retention and identify current business opportunities through relationship building.
Provide regular updates to management regarding client interactions, market feedback, and business prospects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in any stream or Diploma/B.Tech.
Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics or Electrical will be preferred.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to build and maintain profession
