Candidate Requirements:
5+ years of total experience, with relevant experience in Lease Abstraction and Commercial Lease processes.
Hands-on experience in Real Estate Commercial Lease Abstraction, including leases, amendments, renewals, and related documents.
Experience in sanity checks, cross-checking, and verifying lease abstracts and system data for accuracy and completeness.
Solid experience in Lease Document Matching and reviewing lease documents for completeness.
Ability to review leases from an administrative and/or legal perspective, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lease terms.




Experience in reviewing landlord invoices and validating them against lease requirements and agreed terms.
Experience in reviewing leases, amendments, and renewals for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Prior experience in team handling, training, mentoring, or quality review will be preferred.
Robust reading, comprehension, interpretation, and paraphrasing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to identify discrepancies, interpret complex lease clauses, and accurately capture relevant information in lease abstracts and systems.
