Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Specialist, HR Services – Global Mobility (GBSC) to support end-to-end delivery of mobility services within a centralized shared services model.

This role is responsible for managing complex global mobility cases, ensuring compliance and policy adherence, and driving operational excellence across relocation, global immigration, and assignment processes.

The position plays a critical role in vendor coordination, and maintaining control, documentation,



and audit readiness across mobility operations, while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders and our COE.

What We’re Looking For
Strong understanding of:
Global mobility policies and program management
Global immigration support and relocation processes
Experience in Global Mobility & HR Operations / Shared Services workplace
Proven ability to handle complex, sensitive, or escalated employee cases
High attention to detail with a robust focus on accuracy, compliance, and risk awareness
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases/workstreams simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision making
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ownership mindset with ability to drive resolution independently while escalating appropriately when needed
