Roles and Responsibilities
Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and follow-up on payments.
Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or meetings to resolve queries related to products and services.
Assist in generating offers, quotations, proformas invoices, sales orders, sales invoices, and other documents as required.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production planning) to ensure seamless order execution and fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders processed, and payment status.
