Role & responsibilities
Will be working on Pharma/Healthcare Direct client requirements on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Healthcare clients in the US.
Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfill them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements on time.
Preferred candidate profile
Grammatical and fluency in English is a must.
Willing to work in the night shift.
