You are a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst who thrives on asking "what" and "why" before anyone jumps to "how." You have a strong understanding of Salesforce's capabilities, but your value isn't in configuring the platform it's in diagnosing business problems, uncovering the real need behind a request, and shaping a transparent, high-level solution that can be brought to life. You're a natural translator between business and technical teams, equally comfortable in a conversation with a VP of Sales as you are reviewing a process flow.

You will:
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations leaders to understand business objectives and proactively identify opportunities for Salesforce enhancements.
Evaluate existing processes and identify where workflows can be simplified, manual effort reduced, and operational efficiency improved.




Serve as a strategic advisor by asking thoughtful questions to uncover the "what" and "why" behind a request, rather than taking requirements at face value.
Translate business challenges into transparent, high-level solution recommendations that a Salesforce Administrator or developer can build and configure.
Analyze Salesforce data to uncover trends, define executive dashboard requirements, and provide actionable business insights.
Continuously evaluate platform utilization, recommend new capabilities, and process improvements that maximize Salesforce's value.
Collaborate across teams and with the Salesforce Administrator to ensure recommended solutions support both current business needs and long-term growth.
Stay current on Salesforce releases and proactively flag enhancements that could benefit the organization, without needing to implement them personally.

You have:
University degree or requisite qualified certification
