We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to join Competitive Cracker. The role involves handling company-provided leads, telecalling, explaining online courses, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting enquiries into course admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle leads provided by the company.
Make outbound calls to prospective learners.
Explain online courses, fees, batches, and enrollment details.
Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Convert leads and enquiries into course admissions.
Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-up status.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
3+ years of experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Robust follow-up and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable with telecalling and handling leads.
