Is the owner of the long-term Innovation trac.
Is recognized as a reference and go to person with regards to his expertise within the manufacturing community in IW and is a sparring partner with RD and PPM to support DFA/DFM activities.
Leads innovation and or strategic projects for the Domain related processes and executes process innovations from MRL 1 to 9
Drives the effectiveness of BPT methodically. Ensures harmonization and best practice exchanges in all plants for relevant processes.
Manages the invent once, rollout and share success methodology.
Drives data driven process capability and efficiency over Industry 4.0 approach.

10 -15 years of experience in casting/Machining
Experience in directing matrix-oriented team
Process Engineering
People Personal skills
