The IT Sales & Business Development Manager (BDM) will be a key driver in expanding Pringle Technologies' footprint across the Indian market. This role focuses on strategic IT sales, revenue generation, and establishing a robust market presence for our suite of technology services and software solutions. The successful candidate will blend strategic leadership with real-world engagement to connect with decision-makers and demonstrate how our innovations can elevate operational efficiency and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify current business opportunities through cold calling, digital outreach, and networking within the community.
Strategic Market Expansion: Analyze business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry to grow revenue across multiple Indian markets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing continuous support, information, and guidance.
Market Analysis: Remain current on industry trends, market activities,



and competitors to identify product improvements or recent service opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success and Technical teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions and ongoing satisfaction of clients.
Sales Strategy & Reporting: Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales goals, update CRM data, and provide regular reporting on progress and forecasting.
Promotional Engagement: Attend regional and national trade shows, conferences, and community events to promote Pringles portfolio.

Qualifications and Experience
Experience: At least 3 to 6 years of proven sales experience, specifically in technology-related industries such as SaaS, software, or automation solutions.
Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and lead strategic growth initiatives.
