Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, policy implementation, and employee engagement while ensuring smooth communication and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure, ensuring timely hiring of technical and non-technical positions.
Execute smooth employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, HRMS entry, orientation, policy briefing, exit formalities, and exit interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records, manage attendance and leave tracking, and support payroll processing, HR data, and reporting.
Coordinate appraisal cycles, collect evaluations, maintain records, and support appraisal-related communication.
Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies.




Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and policy clarifications, ensuring timely resolution and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Plan, organize, and manage employee engagement activities, festivals, office events, and company trips, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Competencies
Robust understanding of HR functions, end-to-end recruitment, and HR operations within an IT organization.
Proven ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordination, offer negotiation, and closures.
Basic awareness of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policy implementation.
Ability to draft, interpret, and manage HR policies and HR documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
