Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to support financial reporting, IPO readiness initiatives, and CFO advisory engagements. The role offers exposure to high-impact finance projects, including transformation of financial processes, strengthening reporting frameworks, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS). Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting.
Assist in consolidation, variance analysis, and preparation of management reports (MIS).
Audit & Compliance
Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
Assist in preparation of audit schedules and resolution of audit queries.
Skills & Attributes:
Robust knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred).
Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Tally, etc.).
Familiarity with financial modeling and reporting tools is an advantage.
Preferred Background:
Experience in financial reporting, Statutory Audit, Finance Operations.
Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
